Returns

Within 7 days after you receive your order, if you find that you are unsatisfied, please contact me to let me know what issues you might be having with your order.  Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as it was received and return shipping charges are non-refundable and are the full responsibility of the customer.

Please package your items in the original packaging and ensure that the piece is well protected, so that it is not damaged during shipping. Tracking/delivery confirmation is highly recommended on returns for your security and to ensure a smooth transaction. I strongly recommend that you add Shipment Insurance to items with a value over $45.

Refunds will be made for the price of the item, excluding shipping fees.

Your satisfaction and happiness are my top commitment. If an error was made on my part, I'll do what I can to fix it!

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom or personalized orders, sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
