Damages and issues
If by chance there is breakage (I have never had this happen yet), please let me know right away. Email me a picture with photos of the damaged item(s) and all packaging.
I am not responsible if you drop the piece accidentally and break it – contact me if you want me to repair it and we can discuss the cost for this.
Send any returns in the original box with the original packaging within 7 days of receiving your order. Once the item is received, a refund will be issued for the amount of the item.
Shipping fees are non-refundable and are the full responsibility of the customer as well as return shipping costs. Tracking/delivery confirmation is highly recommended on returns for your security and to ensure a smooth transaction. I strongly recommend that you add Shipment Insurance to items with a value over $45.
