Shipping Locations:  I currently only ship within the United States and Canada.

Packaging

Items are wrapped, then (if they're flat) they are secured to a rigid piece of foam or cardboard.  Depending on the design and weight of the piece, I surround it with packing materials so that it will not move inside the box.

In an effort to do my part in preserving the environment I reuse packaging material that is being discarded, including using undamaged boxes and packing materials when I ship orders. 

Preferred Shipper

My preferred method of shipment is USPS although for heavier pieces it is sometimes cheaper to use UPS.  I use whichever shipper is least expensive for you.  Please contact me if you'd prefer to pay for an alternate shipper that isn't shown in the shipping option list. 

Make sure that when you receive your package, you open it immediately and email me within 48 hours if there are any issues.

Shipping Timeframe on Listed items

I ship within two business days for all stained glass creations that are not custom designs. You will be notified once your order has shipped and if there is any delay with the order, I will let you know ASAP.  

Shipping Timeframe on Custom Items

Because many of my designs are made to order they aren’t shipped immediately. I have to make them, which typically takes 2-4 weeks depending on the complexity of the piece and the number of orders I have to make and ship.  If you require rush timing, please contact me directly and we’ll see what the possibilities are.

Expedited shipping is available if needed. 

Shipping Address
Please be absolutely sure the shipping address is 100% accurate, is a safe location and that it will be picked up at the post office if a notice is left, or the buyer will be required to pay for the reship fees. Porch pirates are on the rise and refunds/replacements are not applicable for theft. Orders are sent with proof of shipment tracking.

If your package was shipped with any circumstance below, a refund will be issued after the package has been returned to me, less shipping fees.
1) "USPS unconfirmed address"
2) Incorrect or incomplete address
3) Undeliverable address (due to expired forwarding, no such number or closed business)
4) Refused
5) Other circumstances (TBD on case-by-case situation)

Tracking your shipment

GPS tracking is available through USPS at time of delivery scan. If the package was scanned as delivered at your address, you may need to open a case with USPS depending on the situation along with filing a police report for stolen mail (mail theft and internet scams are a felony which are taken very seriously). Refunds will be issued AFTER an insurance case is closed or the package is returned. Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.
