Refund policy
This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made from Stained Glass Stitcher. By placing an order with Stained Glass Stitcher, you agree to the terms of this Return, Refund, Exchange and Cancellation Policy.
Returns
Within 10 days after you receive your order, if you find that you are unsatisfied, please contact me to let me know what issues you might be having with your order. Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as it was received. Return shipping charges are non-refundable and are the full responsibility of the customer.
Please package your items in the original packaging and ensure that the piece is well protected so that it is not damaged during shipping. Tracking/delivery confirmation is highly recommended on returns for your security and to ensure a smooth transaction. I strongly recommend that you add Shipment Insurance to items with a value over $45.
Refunds will be made for the price of the item, excluding shipping fees, within 5-10 days of receipt of the returned item.
Your satisfaction and happiness are my top commitment. If an error was made on my part, I'll do what I can to fix it!

Damages and issues
If your item arrives damaged during shipping, contact me within 48 hours with photos of the damaged item(s) and all packaging with the shipping label in the frame.
I am not responsible if you drop the piece accidentally and break it – contact me if you want me to repair it and we can discuss the cost for this.
Follow the steps outlined above in the Returns section to send an item back for repair.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on custom or personalized orders, sale items, or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided production or packaging/shipping has not begun.
Custom orders are non-cancelable once work has begun and any deposits paid toward design work are non-refundable.
If you need to request a cancellation, please contact Anne@StainedGlassStitcher.com as soon as possible. Stained Glass Stitcher reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors or product availability.
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
